Climate Mechanics is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties.

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring in HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Document all work performed in a detailed and accurate manner
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid/Clean driver's license and reliable transportation
• EPA certification preferred
