DieselTechnician Duties
- Diagnose, document, and repair engine, transmission, and major component fault codes using company‑supplied laptops and OEM software while following proper warranty procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair on all components as well as preventative maintenance and reconditioning.
- Demonstrate well‑developed technical and troubleshooting skills with effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Attend OEM and dealer training online as well as in‑person when required.
- Recent graduates of diesel mechanic, heavy equipment, or related technical programs are encouraged to apply.
- Hands‑on experience through trade school, internships, apprenticeships, military trainings, or personal projects is welcomed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with co‑workers and drivers, demonstrating teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and the DTNA Elite Support Program.
- Monday‑Friday 8:30A-5P
- Monday‑Friday 7A-3:30P
