We are currently recruiting for Loading Shover Drivers / Plant Operators in Bridgwater for a full-time opportunity with a leading, multi-million-pound waste management company.

Job Description (Shovel Loader Driver / Plant Operator)- Operating a loading shovel / plant machinery on a busy waste management site
- Moving and organising waste materials across landfill and yard areas
- Ensuring site operations run smoothly and safely
- Carrying out daily machine checks and safety procedures
Offer:
- £18-£20 p/hr (DOE)
- Full-time hours – Monday-Friday 06:00 – 18:00
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity
- Stable, consistent workload
- Opportunity to work with a leading waste & recycling company
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Shovel Licence (Desired)
- Experience as a Loading Shovel Operator
- Good understanding of site safety and waste management operations
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required
- PPE including safety boots
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Bridgwater and surrounding areas
