About the Role

We are a small HVAC contractor in Oceanview, NJ - located outside of Sea Isle. We have been in business for over 30 years. We have a great repeat customer base. We work on split systems, package units, heat pumps, geothermal, ducted and ductless mini splits and more.

Hours are 8-4:30 M-F with opportunity for overtime. We do provide after hours service but are not 24 hours. Rotating on call schedule.

Training – online and in-person. Pay is commensurate with experience – ballpark range $18‑$30/hr.

• Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• At least 3 years hands on experience in HVAC, five years is preferred
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Experience installing split systems and package units
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial rooftop units, split systems, controls and boilers
• Able to accommodate a friendly on call schedule
• Must be a team player
• NATE Certification
• Experience with geothermal is preferred
• Experience with installation of mini splits and geothermal is a plus
• Pay will be commensurate with experience and knowledge
