About the Role
We are a small HVAC contractor in Oceanview, NJ - located outside of Sea Isle. We have been in business for over 30 years. We have a great repeat customer base. We work on split systems, package units, heat pumps, geothermal, ducted and ductless mini splits and more.
Hours & BenefitsHours are 8-4:30 M-F with opportunity for overtime. We do provide after hours service but are not 24 hours. Rotating on call schedule.

Training – online and in-person. Pay is commensurate with experience – ballpark range $18‑$30/hr.
Responsibilities- Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- At least 3 years hands on experience in HVAC, five years is preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience installing split systems and package units
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial rooftop units, split systems, controls and boilers
- Able to accommodate a friendly on call schedule
- Must be a team player
- NATE Certification
- Experience with geothermal is preferred
- Experience with installation of mini splits and geothermal is a plus
- Pay will be commensurate with experience and knowledge
