Operate and monitor boilers, steam systems, compressors, pumps, and related utility equipment;
Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate operating logs;
Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption to ensure efficient performance;
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed;
Coordinate with maintenance personnel on preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards;
Respond to emergency situations involving boiler and utility systems;
Conduct water testing and chemical treatment procedures as required;
Maintain a clean and organized boiler room and work area
