Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Aspen Riverpark Apartments in Newark, NJ. You will perform essential maintenance, respond to service requests promptly, and maintain high standards of safety and appearance across the property.
You’ll diagnose issues, complete work orders, and collaborate with a team to ensure resident satisfaction. On-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule with 8am–5pm hours are included, with overtime for after-hours coverage.
