Cardwell Hvac & Plumbing Lead Installer

As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Lead Installer, you'll be managing projects, designing, laying out and installing ductwork, helping to develop junior installers and more. You will:

Lead the team in designing, laying out, and installing ductwork, piping and equipment of residential HVAC equipment

Manage the scope and timelines of projects

Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Effectively manage any installation details

Use your knowledge of building code fundamentals to ensure job quality

Help junior installers to grow and learn

Show the Cardwell HVAC level of professionalism during all interactions with customers

Handle any additionally required job duties

Required Skills:

4+ years Installation Experience
Knowledge of building codes and HVAC best practices
HVAC Certifications
A positive attitude and professional behavior
Driver's license with a clean record
Strong work ethic & punctuality

Preferred Skills:

Management Experience
Experience with geothermal, oil, steam and air flow
