The New Installation Foreman position at Iws-Group in Newark, NJ leads the field installation of fire sprinkler systems on new construction projects. Working under the Project Manager, the Foreman oversees the field crew, coordinates daily work, maintains safety and quality standards, and ensures projects stay on schedule.
Responsibilities include reading sprinkler drawings, planning material needs, enforcing codes, mentoring apprentices, and coordinating with general contractors.
