Join an established real estate management company in a full-time Handyman position. You will be responsible for completing work orders to perform essential repairs across various apartment properties within the Newark, NJ area.. .
Key Responsibilities:- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks in residential apartments..
- Respond to and complete work orders efficiently and effectively..
- Travel to different properties within the Newark, NJ region as required..
- Proven intermediate-level skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry..
- Must possess a reliable car for transportation to various sites..
- Must own and be proficient in using a comprehensive set of hand and power tools necessary for property maintenance and repairs.
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5 PM
Salary: $25 hourly
