Electrical Foreman Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Foreman with a strong ability to run crews and a proven track record in handling commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in reading blueprints and connecting wires to various components, ensuring efficient and safe installations.
Responsibilities- Run crews and oversee electrical projects.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Plan layout and installations of electrical wiring in commercial buildings.
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring.
- Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment.
- Ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
- Repair or replace wiring as needed.
- Ability to read blueprints for commercial buildings.
- Experience in bending pipe and connecting wires.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and conduit work.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to manage smaller jobs with minimum supervision.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
