WhatYou’ll Actually Do
- Serve as the Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- Act as the Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security.
- Serve as the First-Line Consultant: actively listen to customers to uncover personal or business goals and match them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
- Lead with Hospitality: greet customers, ensure a welcoming experience, and balance operational efficiency with a community-focused approach.

- Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50‑mile radius, with occasional assistance at other locations.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with hours and days subject to change; must attend required training sessions.
- Lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
- Associate’s degree.
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
- Proficient in G‑Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Newark, NJ: $51,542 – $54,600 (full‑time annual salary range). Salaries for other locations will be set to the applicable local range and communicated in the offer letter.
