We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinator of Employment Services to lead and oversee all Adult Employment Services programs. This leadership role is responsible for managing Vocational Evaluation, Pre-Placement Services, Job Development, Supported Employment, and DDD Medicaid-funded Job Coaching Services while ensuring participants receive high‑quality, person-centered services that lead to successful competitive integrated employment outcomes.
The Coordinator of Employment Services will supervise Vocational Evaluators/Counselors, Job Developers, Job Coaches, and other employment services staff, providing guidance, oversight, and accountability for service delivery, compliance, documentation, and program performance. This position plays a critical role in developing employment opportunities, supporting staff performance, maintaining strong relationships with employers and referral sources, and ensuring program goals, revenue targets, and employment outcomes are achieved.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, workforce development, and disability services. They are passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful employment, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and committed to driving program excellence through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Awesome Things You’ll Do- Provide leadership and oversight for all Adult Employment Services, including Vocational Evaluation, Pre-Placement Services, Job Development, Supported Employment, and DDD Medicaid‑funded Job Coaching Services.
- Ensure participants receive timely, person‑centered services that lead to successful competitive integrated employment outcomes.
- Oversee participant intake, orientation, vocational assessments, evaluations, employment planning, reporting and service authorizations.
- Monitor and support the development of individualized employment goals and career pathways.
- Serve as a working leader by maintaining at least 20 hours of direct participant, employer, or school‑facing services monthly while overseeing program operations and staff performance. This ensures ongoing understanding of participant needs, funding requirements, and service delivery quality.
- Ensure timely assignment and coordination of job coaching services to support successful employment retention and stabilization.
- Review and approve vocational evaluation reports, employment plans, progress reports, and service documentation.
- Monitor staff productivity, billable service delivery, and achievement of program performance goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, support coordinators, community partners, and funding agencies.
- Support employer outreach efforts and expand competitive integrated employment opportunities throughout the community.
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities that align with participant interests, skills, and career goals.
- Analyze program data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve outcomes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
