Supervisory Administrative Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, administering, and implementing all programs involving the acquisition, leasing, construction, and management of real property occupied by an organization.
• Working with management officials to ensure safety and health regulations are followed, maintained, and monitored; making necessary recommendations to improve existing standards.
• Serving as action officer with delegated authority and responsibility for administering and implementing facility requirements by responding to requests for building maintenance services, renovations, and repairs.
• Maintaining a wide range of statistical and analytical methods to analyze financial requirements, manpower utilization, space requirements, and other support needs of the office; conducting studies and preparing findings for management officials with recommendations for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.

To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in Federal service.

• Specialized experience applying laws, policies, practices, and standard operating procedures applicable to the area of support services and facility management.
