As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time School Counselor to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year. School Counselor Salary: $45- $50 per hour School Counselor Position Details:
Part-Time (2 half days per week) 7 student caseload (grades 3-8) School Counselor

Qualifications:

School Certification in New Jersey Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) School Counselor

Responsibilities Include:

Identifying and assessing students in need of trauma support Conducting trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions for at-risk students in individual, group, or family settings Responding to progress monitoring results and student assessment data Providing case management and direct intervention to students and families experiencing trauma, including those from low-income households, those who are homeless or in foster care, and students involved in the criminal justice system or experiencing mental illness or substance abuse disorder.
