Join the ranks of visionary technology leaders at First American's Direct Division, where history meets innovation and tradition fuels transformation. As a Senior CRM Engineer, you'll be a steward of a legacy that stretches back to 1889.
Responsibilities- Senior Salesforce Developer to help design the future state architecture of our CRM platform, fostering communication, enabling transparency, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across the board.
- Design and implement an end-to-end sales and marketing process that nurtures desired behaviors and delivers tangible results; build trust in our CRM platform to meet evolving demands.
- Bridge people, process, and technology to create a seamlessly integrated sales and marketing organization; use data as the narrative that empowers every role.
- Architect the future of sales at First American's Direct Division; contribute to a multi-billion-dollar operation and set a precedent for the title and settlement industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise extending the Salesforce platform, a passion to drive innovation, and be intrinsically motivated to deliver successful results.
- A minimum of 7+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Well versed in Salesforce best practices and methodologies with a solid understanding of the product vision.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits including but not limited to flows, validation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, user permissions/entitlements, flex cards, omniscripts, and integration procedures.
- Expert skills in developing Lightning Web Components, platform events, Visualforce, APEX, and APIs.
- Knowledge of data integration tools with experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back and offer best-practice alternatives.
- Preferred experience with one or more Salesforce solutions:
Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agent Force, Data Cloud, Omni Studio, CRM Analytics (FKNA Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics). - Required
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I. - Preferred
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II;
Salesforce Application and/or System Architect.
Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of base pay at the time of posting. Pay is based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
