Role SummaryAs a Senior Salesforce Developer for the Direct Division, you will design and build the future state architecture of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, enabling a unified sales and marketing organization. You'll serve as both a technical leader and a change agent, crafting end‑to‑end processes, fostering data‑driven decision making, and bridging people, process, and technology.
Responsibilities- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for Direct Division needs.
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions with a configuration‑first mindset.
- Design, document and implement integrations with other systems ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Create Lightning Web Components and applications to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend platform capabilities.
- Monitor system performance, proactively address issues, iterate based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with data operations, analytics, information security, and Dev Ops to align with enterprise standards.
- Manage technical debt, ensuring high reusability of common features.
- Mentor team members on technical standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
- Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce best practices and methodologies with a solid understanding of product vision.
- Advanced proficiency with core and industry‑centric toolkits – flows, validation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, user permissions/entitlements, flex cards, omni scripts, integration procedures.
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, Visualforce, Apex, and APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using data integration tools.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills, ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, and recommend best‑practice alternatives.

$126,100 – $193,325 annually. This range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this position at the time of posting and may be adjusted based on knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
