Newark, NJ/Remote - This is 80% remote role; you need to be 2 days onsite a month

Duration: 12+ months

We are seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise

GenAI solutions — not just prototype them.

• Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language).
• Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt orchestration and model integration.
• Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:
• o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• o Autonomous/Agentic AI systems
• Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
• Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.
• Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You are a builder first. You write code, understand modern GenAI architecture, and can

engineer enterprise AI solutions from concept through implementation—not simply

consume AI tools or write prompts.
