Job Description

Join Rheem Northeast Distribution at our new distribution center in Paulsboro, NJ. We’re looking for a reliable CDL Class A Delivery Driver to be a part of our team, delivering excellent service and embodying our company values.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting as well as a good driving record, the ability to work well with others, and a self‑motivated mentality.

Job Type: Full‑time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles (semi‑tractor trailers and/or straight trucks) in accordance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, including performing required pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and efficiently to customer locations following assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete all required documentation, including delivery receipts, logs, inspection reports, and any other paperwork related to freight movement.
• Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper stacking, securement, and overall organization of the vehicle to prevent damage and maintain safety.
• Pull product, stage orders, and assist in warehouse operations when not engaged in driving duties.
• Provide route coverage for other drivers as needed to support the branch and customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform other warehouse or operational tasks, as well as other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of CDL driving experience.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL and have a good driving record in alignment with company policy.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
