The Dispatcher is a full-time on-site role located in Newark, NJ. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating drivers, managing delivery routes, monitoring shipments, and maintaining communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Additional responsibilities include resolving transportation issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in route planning, scheduling, and monitoring transportation logistics
• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with drivers and clients
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with logistics software or dispatch tools
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve dispatch or delivery-related challenges
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are a plus
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation is highly desirable
