A Route Driver is responsible for operating a grease collection truck to collect used cooking oil from restaurants or a fat and bone collection truck to remove raw materials from customer locations.

• Remove used cooking oil from the customer's location.
• Maintain an Electronic DOT log.
• Provide the customer a pick-up receipt and obtain management's signature at the location.
• Responsible for company vehicle; maintain the vehicle in the cleanest possible manner; operate vehicle per Company, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct all safety checks and vehicle inspections; operate a vehicle under state, federal, and local regulations and in accordance with company policy and procedures; observe all company safety rules.
• Complete vehicle condition reports daily; operate under all Company safety standards.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by providing quality, professional service at all times.
• Complete all Company required paperwork per company policies (route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, service forms, etc.) daily.
• Complete route as assigned.
• Attend all safety meetings required; may be asked to serve on Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid Class A OR B CDL, with a Tanker Endorsement.
• Must be registered on .

• Prior Route Experience Within a Customer-oriented Environment is preferred.
• Experience with truck hydraulics is a plus.
• Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
• Highly organized; superior time management skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; adaptable to changing situations.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.

Constantly required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch. Frequently required to sit for extended periods. Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Frequently must push, pull, move, or lift to 100 lbs. repeatedly. Ability to work weekends and/or Overtime as needed.

Job functions will be performed in a commercial motor vehicle, customer locations, and plant environment.
