Non‑CDL Truck Driver

CTDI is a large‑scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest high‑speed Internet & cable providers.

• Inspect the truck pre‑ and post‑trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.
• Ensure all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.
• Assist with or oversee loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.
• Acquire all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
• Monitor the maintenance and repair of the truck.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively.
• Follow all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday (must be open to weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Sunday–Wednesday
• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Wednesday–Saturday

$24.12 per hour.

• 2+ years recent commercial delivery‑driving experience.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience working in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e., testing and repair) or forward logistics operation.
• Strong commitment to customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 85 lbs., if necessary.
• Flexible shifts with the capability to undertake overnight trips 1–2 nights per week.
