Orientation
Schedule:
- Days 1-3 (or up to
5): Paid orientation based on your experience level, kept separate from new drivers - If New to Flatbed: Paid training with a certified Driver Trainer before getting your own truck
- Hit the Road: Start earning performance-based percentage pay and choose the home time that fits your lifestyle
- Paid orientation at TMC's training centers in Des Moines, IA, or Columbia, SC
- Valid CDL-A
- 3 months of driving experience required
- Last 5 years of work history for your application
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
