About the Role:
Forward Thinking Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Amazon XL (AMZL) delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Cargo Vans, CDV, and Step Vans on assigned routes.
- Perform in-home deliveries and place items in customer-designated areas.
- Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon safety standards.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Work closely with a helper to ensure safe handling of heavy items.
Shifts:
Morning, afternoon, weekday, and/or weekend
Qualifications:
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience with box trucks or commercial vehicles
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
- Able to lift 50 lbs alone
- Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening
- DOT medical card may be required
Successfully Pass:
- Criminal Background Screen for Past 7 Years (National & Local)
- 4 Panel Drug Screen
- Amazon Capacitation 3 Day only English class
