As a Flight Coordinator for dnata Catering, your primary responsibility is to ensure all customer menu specifications, equipment requirements, and service standards are accurately executed prior to aircraft loading. This role focuses on detailed verification of meals, beverages, and onboard equipment against the boarding bill and airline specifications to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and presentation standards. You will work closely with airline account management, production, and dispatch teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation.

- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
- Check all meals to ensure accuracy of menu specifications and meal counts.
- Constantly on the move in an out of the office and on an aircraft.
- You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and stand for long periods of time, constantly bends, and squats.
- Be exposed to frequent low temperatures 35/40 degree while checking flight and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions when catering the flight outdoors.
- Comply with Ramp Safety policies and procedures, safety vests must be worn while out on the field.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Coordinating with airline clients and ensuring efficient delivery logistics.
High school diploma or GED with two – three years of progressive customer service experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have driver’s license.
- Must meet all applicable state and local food handler certification requirements for the work location (Texas requires a Food Handler Certificate within 60 days of hire).
- The ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a Port Authority, TSA and CBP badge is a required.

- Must be able to multi-task.
