Materials and Inventory Clerk

Trillium specializes in vacuum systems and related products, offering new and refurbished items and repair services across various industrial markets.

This position is responsible for data base entry, inventory control, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and incoming inspection.

• Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Accurately uses computerized systems for shipping & receiving both inbound and outbound goods.
• Accurately records material issues using computerized systems.
• Observes all posted and published safety procedures.
• Communicates effectively and respectfully with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Routinely uses warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck).
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Use a variety of warehouse & material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Ability to provide written and verbal direction to subordinates.
• Ability to allocate resources to accomplish tasks on time.
• Ability to safely meet physical demands of the position.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in an industrial warehousing environment.
