1 Resource Group Staffing is currently in search of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join the warehouse team of a reputable solar distribution company located near Swedesboro, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in the renewable energy industry with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Accurately document and manage inventory movement
- Match incoming materials with packing lists and purchase orders
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily goals
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Proven forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Familiarity with inventory software (SAP and/or ZOHO experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a solid work ethic
