General Laborer
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.49 per hour
We are seeking dependable bilingual English/Spanish General Laborers to join our team in Newark. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly in both languages and perform a variety of physical labor tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist teams and follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Use basic tools and equipment as directed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Report workplace hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team.
- Previous general labor experience preferred but not required.
