Warehouse Associate

CoWorx is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Monroe, NJ. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, sorting and stacking boxes on pallets, and safely handling products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and working as part of a team.

Location:

Monroe Township, New Jersey

Pay Rate: $19.25 – $20.25 per hour. Overtime required based on business needs.

• Load and unload merchandise from trucks efficiently and safely
• Sort, organize, and stack boxes onto pallets
• Move products throughout the warehouse as directed
• Perform team lifts for oversized or heavier items when required
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and quality expectations

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working inside trailers/trucks during loading and unloading operations
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• Must be able to work required overtime
