We are seeking a Warehouse Associate in Monroe, NJ
. This day‑shift position (Mon‑Fri) includes overtime availability. Salary ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
- Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assisting with assembly and packaging of products as required.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification preferred; electric pallet jack certification advantageous.
