We are seeking a Warehouse Associate in Monroe, NJ
. This day‑shift position (Mon‑Fri) includes overtime availability. Salary ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

• Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
• Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting with assembly and packaging of products as required.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Forklift certification preferred; electric pallet jack certification advantageous.
