Salary: $37,440 - $41,600 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Administrative Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential to daily office operations, providing administrative support while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to visitors, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed
  • Assist with basic correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas remain organized and presentable
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
