Office Manager – Newark, Ohio

Join a growing manufacturing/industrial operation and become the backbone of the facility.

If you’ve worked in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments and want a role that keeps you close to the action—but inside the office—this Office Manager position is a perfect fit. You’ll be the go‑to person who keeps the operation running smoothly, supports the team, and makes sure the facility stays organized, safe, and efficient.

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role with no temporary assignments. You’ll work directly with the General Manager and play a key part in daily operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and keep everything running smoothly.

  • Attend staff meetings and record accurate minutes.
  • Greet visitors, issue badges, maintain the visitor log, and support security procedures.

What You Need to Bring
  • High School Diploma required;
    Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Front Office Coordinator is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism—this role handles sensitive information.
Work Environment
  • Primarily office‑based with regular interaction with the manufacturing/assembly floor.
  • Some exposure to electrical, mechanical, and chemical safety environments.
  • Frequent computer use and administrative work.
