Scheduling Coordinator - Generator Maintenance & Repair

Weekley Electric, LLC is a Full‑Service Electrical Contractor located in Newark, Ohio. Our mission is to deliver high‑quality projects ranging from small tenant finishes to large industrial facilities, while upholding our values of integrity and excellence.

Are you an experienced customer service and scheduling specialist who enjoys turning conversations into opportunities? Do you excel at connecting with people, guiding them through solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking to add a talented scheduler to our Weekley Electric team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Generator Maintenance & Repair Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play an integral role in customer satisfaction and scheduling efficiency.

Daily

Job Duties
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly support and valuable information.
  • Use your customer service and scheduling skills to schedule various appointments and educate our customers on services we offer.
  • Coordinate with Technicians to ensure smooth, accurate scheduling.
  • Make outbound customer calls in effort to return calls and schedule appointments.
  • Schedule various appointments by Phone, Email and Text.
  • Create and maintain customer records with a focus on the details.
  • Manage customer requests, gather key details and keep accurate records.
  • Create Work Orders and assign to appropriate Technician.
  • Maintain weekly schedule for (2) Full‑time Technicians.
  • Follow up with Customers to ensure a high level of quality is achieved.
  • Help our team reach daily goals through meaningful team and customer interactions.
Qualifications 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Professional & Courteous
  • Attentive & Active Listener
  • Ability to Prioritize Tasks
  • Solid Decision‑maker
  • Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • General to Intermediate Math Skills (such as calculating taxes, etc. using a calculator)

Base Pay Range: $20‑$26/Hour (Based upon previous/relatable experience)
