• Call Rotation 1:4
• Practice has an associated Addictionologist
• 14-16 patients daily with 30 minute EST and 60 min intakes
• Nurse Case Manager assists with obtaining background history
• Nursing Staff assists with all administrative tasks
• Located at Shepherd Hill Psych Offices
• Consults to Licking Memorial Hospital
• Board certification required:
  Yes; must be B/C within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship
• LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.
• Full-Time dayshift; call rotation, including every 5th weekend.
• Outpatient Psych Office specific – No addiction medicine
• Paid time off (PTO): 250 hrs accrued per year; CME: 5 Days and $6,000
• Weekly opportunities for free, on-site CME
