Qualifications/Requirements:

• Applicant must hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license Pre‑K‑3 with reading endorsement.
• Applicant must hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license Pre‑K‑3 with 4‑5 endorsement.
• Applicant must hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license Pre K‑5.
• Applicant must hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license K‑1‑8 certificate.
• Be aware of the social and emotional needs of each individual student.
• Demonstrate skill in effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Use data to drive instruction.
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the elementary grade student.
• Be willing to promote activities that build positive self‑esteem in elementary level students.
• Be committed to providing an educational environment that nurtures academic & personal growth of students.
• Demonstrate the ability to differentiate instruction.
• Be open to reviewing current research and actively participating in staff development opportunities to promote personal and professional growth.
• Be open to instructional coaching.
• Incorporate technology into the classroom.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff and parents.
• Be willing to work as part of a team.
• Be acceptable to the Building Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Certificated/Licensed Personnel.
