JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify loan information on the core system aligns with appropriate e-file loan documents for accuracy.
- Generate and monitor reports, resolve exceptions according to department procedures, and maintain thorough documentation of all decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage loan product characteristics and apply accordingly to identify incorrect information and communicate any mapping, training or operational issues to supervisor.
- Accurately interpret and apply applicable government regulations and bank guidelines (RESPA, Reg Z, Homeowners Protection Act, HMDA, HO, Ohio Revised Code, etc.) to all related functions of the position.
- Analyze and review retail loan products (mortgage and home equity) according to the corporate compliance checklist and resolve identified exceptions.
- Enlist appropriate stakeholders to provide information required to complete the mortgage loan file.
- Develop, monitor and assess test plans and report for daily tasks.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Occasional travel to headquarters in Newark, Ohio (or Zanesville) for department meetings required.
SCHEDULETypical office hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. This position is hourly, non-exempt, and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 40+ hours per week.
