• Complete an on-parcel field review of property data via available resources to assure the quality of existing data and the uniform treatment of properties within similar neighborhoods of the project.
• Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of valuation parameters and valuation modeling for each project as assigned.
• Interact professionally and tactfully with taxpayers during the informal hearing process, completing hearing forms and investigating discrepancies or inaccuracies reported by the taxpayer.
• Maintain positive relations with the clients, the general public and company personnel.

• High school Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn with on job training
• Mass appraisal or fee appraisal experience a plus
• Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee a plus

• Mileage reimbursement per company policy and assigned project.
