Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Respiratory Therapists to join our growing clinical team. As a CRT, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions while working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to exceptional resident outcomes.

Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident respiratory status
Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
Operate and monitor respiratory equipment
Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs
Monitor residents with COPD, pneumonia, asthma, and other cardiopulmonary conditions
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and therapy teams
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and clinical discussions
Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care plans and treatment goals
Respond to changes in resident respiratory condition and communicate findings promptly
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
