Massage Therapist | Hospice | PRN
Absolute Hospice is expanding and seeking an experienced Massage Therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medically prescribed massage therapy in a caring and safe environment, addressing comfort needs and positively impacting patient health, wellness, and quality of life.
- Plan, organize, and deliver services in adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Employment Agreement.
Qualifications:
- Licensed, state certified, or registered massage therapist in good standing with the state board.
- Certification by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and/or Massage Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEX).
- Minimum one year of clinical massage therapy experience; two years preferred.
- Experience in home health or hospice preferred.
Specialized skills:
- Good oral and written communication.
- Good organizational skills.
