Description3rd Shift Crisis Intervention Specialist (12AM–8AM) – Licking County, OH
Position Summary: Provide mobile crisis intervention services to children and adults in community settings. Responsibilities include completing psychiatric hospital pre‑screens, developing safety plans, and serving as a Public Health Officer with authority to initiate involuntary admissions. This is a fast‑paced, team‑supported role with no ongoing caseload or productivity requirements.
Schedule- Full‑time, 40 hours/week (assigned shift/location)
- One 12‑hour on‑call shift per month (paid + overtime for hours worked)
- Holiday coverage rotation (1–2 times/year)

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant experience; licensure: LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC. BLS/CPR certification required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
