IHBT Clinician; LSW); Licking

We are seeking a full-time Community Based Clinician to join our IHBT team in Licking County, Ohio.

Compensation: $58,000.

• Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
• Actively support, represent, and extend the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Provide appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, transportation, and other professional services, meeting or exceeding established outcomes thresholds for persons served.
• Travel daily to provide community‑based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all required documentation promptly.
• Complete all required training promptly.
• Consistently achieve established productivity thresholds.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to provide crisis support and crisis intervention for IHBT families.
• Coordinate and monitor services for youth and families in the community, including, but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
• Regularly review and modify youth‑based plans to ensure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
• Assist in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth’s primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth’s case plan.
• Provide safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure the safety and stability of the youth served.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Actively participate in the weekly supervision process.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable Human Services from an accredited institution.
• Two years of work experience in direct service with youth and families, strongly preferred.
• A valid advanced professional license as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record.
• A willingness to work flexible and non‑traditional hours in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served.
• Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, foster caregivers, system partners, and internal customers.
• Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function.
• Capacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines, photocopiers, and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Good driving record.
• Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability.
