Schedule:

Monday–Friday 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Administer physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure a safe and positive treatment environment
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support optimal patient outcomes

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required)

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Strong therapeutic exercise and patient care skills
• Experience with EMR documentation
