As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized physical therapy treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum potential.

• Conduct initial evaluations and reassessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and functional ability
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
• Provide ongoing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper exercises, techniques, and pain management strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices to ensure evidence-based treatment approaches

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid Ohio license as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
