Experience and Clinical Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months recent Neonatal Level III experience.

- 1 year combined perm experience in the specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required).Certifications/Training

Required:

- BLS (Basic Life Support)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Licensure:

- Must have permanent Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.

- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission.

References:

- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for required.

- References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.

- ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

- Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Other travelers must be nicotine free and pass a Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually.

- Facility does not accept any license hits.

Additional Requirements:

- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission.

- PBDS Assessment is waived.

- Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement for continuous contract nurses.

Submittal Instructions:

- Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet completed and filled in.

- All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.

- Travelers may only be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
