Food & Beverage Events & Communications Coordinator
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing F&B-related events, including special dinners, holiday celebrations, tastings, pop-ups, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and operational details with chefs, outlet managers, banquet staff, and vendors.
- Manage internal communication to ensure all departments are aligned with event execution plans.
- Act as the main point of contact between the F&B and Marketing departments.
- Provide event details, photos, menus, and timelines to Marketing for promotions, social media, newsletters, and collateral.
- Track marketing deliverables to ensure timely promotion and brand consistency.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist outlet leaders with menu changes, signage, and collateral updates.
- Support banquet administrative needs such as floor plans, BEO reviews, and client walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with the F&B leadership team on departmental projects, seasonal programming, and service improvement initiatives.
Guest Experience & Communication:
- Help field and respond to inquiries for special events and group dining experiences.
- Provide day-of support to ensure guest satisfaction during F&B events.
Job Requirements
Prior food & beverage experience strongly preferred with prior supervisory experience a plus and good communication skills and fluency in English required. You will regularly use a computer and various software programs and must have certified alcohol training. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Light work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
