Purpose of Job
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Program Lead to execute the digital transformation strategy across our manufacturing operations. This role is designed to drive digital enablement solutions that close performance gaps, create business value, and support scalable, data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for solutions that provide value to our frontline teams.
Scope extends beyond a single plant: convert pilots into enterprise‑ready standards and templates, partner with regional/divisional experts and site champions to deploy solutions consistently, and ensure knowledge capture and reuse (OPLs, SOPs, playbooks, videos) to reduce variability across plants.

20 – 40% for pre‑planned activities such as site support, pilots, project/technology roll‑outs, site assessments, and network standardization activities.
Job Responsibilities- Solution Design & Standardization
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to convert plant‑level successes into scalable standards for processes, people, data, and tools.
- Portfolio Management and Execution
- Plan and execute network rollouts from pilot to scale, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and driving consistent adoption.
- Translate technical development programs into actionable plans for capital delivery teams.
- Change Leadership
- Lead change management initiatives, including strategies, communication plans, and campaigns to support technology and process adoption.
- Define and promote best practices for implementing digital transformation technologies across the business.
- Frontline Enablement & Learning at Scale
- Capture and document lessons learned; publish to a central knowledge hub for reuse across plants and shifts.
- Simplify complex technical concepts, design engaging learning experiences, and coach frontline teams to accelerate adoption of digital solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Benchmarking
- Track adoption of standards across plants, replication speed, and TPM digital maturity.
- Deploy targeted support and resources to sites with low adoption or performance gaps.
- Monitor project progress using scorecards aligned to key metrics; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Measure ROI of digital investments (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains) and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience‑based technical expertise.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead new initiatives and cross‑functional teams in complex, multi‑site environments.
- Comfortable with technology and passionate about enabling others through training and knowledge sharing.
- Apply the TPM OC Way to stabilize processes and convert chronic losses to standards.
- Influence without authority; guide multi‑plant adoption and sustainment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be curious and motivated to think differently, ask excellent questions, and refuse to accept the status quo.
- Implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that impact functional results.
- Standardization Rate: % of plants using approved templates/standards.
- Replication Speed: time from pilot success to network deployment.
- Stability & Flow: OEE, time‑in‑centerline, MTTR.
- Knowledge Reuse & Adoption: OPL/SOP reuse across plants.
