Dor Mar Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of HVAC-R services, appliance service, drain cleaning/light plumbing service, based in Newark Ohio and servicing all of Central Ohio. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customers with information about our services, pricing, and promotions
• Schedule appointments for service and installation requests
• Process orders and track inventory using our computer system
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to increase sales
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current with our products and services

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
