Overview
The Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has served Licking County since 1967. With 100 staff members, we support over 2,500 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Personal Support Providers (PSPs) and Early Intervention (EI) Service Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to children and their families/guardians in Licking County.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required. Two or more years of management, supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities. Ability to direct and lead a diverse team of passionate professionals and ensure strict compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, deadlines, and guidelines related to early intervention in the state of Ohio.
Benefits- Pay range: $56,081 – $81,331 (Unclassified / Management Contract)
