CNC Machine Operator (Press Brake / Turret)

Shift: [1st / 2nd / 3rd Shift Available]
Pay: $20 to $24
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience operating Press Brakes, Turret Punch Press machines, and other CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality parts, maintaining safe work practices, and working in a fast-paced production setting.
The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor CNC Press Brakes, Turret Punch Press machines, and related fabrication equipment
- Set up machines, tools, and materials according to job specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product accuracy and consistency
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 5S practices
- 2+ years experience operating CNC machines, Press Brakes, Turret Punch Press, or similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- CNC programming knowledge (a plus)
- Familiarity with AMADA, Trumpf, or similar CNC machinery
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
