Base hourly wage$20.22 per hour. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

- Perform heavy‑duty work, including removing and stacking finished board, product assembly, and packaging.
- Attend required company training programs, including training to become a certified forklift driver.
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards.
- Industrial or manufacturing experience desired but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible daytime hours, including overtime and some weekends.
- Language proficiency to read and write in English.
- Able to follow work instructions, willing to learn, and be part of a winning team.
HS diploma or GED.
Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing setting with extreme temperatures, uneven walking surfaces, cords, tools, obstacles, loud noises, and dusty or dirty conditions. Basic PPE required: safety glasses, earplugs, and steel‑toe/composite boots. Specific PPE and training will be provided for activities requiring additional accommodations.
Physical DemandsThe employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
