The Glass Finisher inspects, packs, labels, and prepares glass products for shipment while maintaining supplies and supporting smooth production in a physically active environment.

• Pick up glass, inspect and pack in proper container. Occasionally scribes and knocks out heel prior to packing.
• Remove carton from track, position in area and place pallet on cart.
• Makes up cartons and bulk containers as necessary.
• Replenishes supply of carton products as required.
• Makes up stencils as required.
• Stencil cartons or bulk load with proper identification.
• Asides heels and cullet to cullet hopper.
• Assist others in resolving production difficulties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Meet the physical demands – regularly required to stand, walk, lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• General language skills, math skills and reasoning ability
